Litchfield Park has a population of approximately 7,500 people and is situated near Luke Air Force Base. One claim to fame is the Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa originally built for Goodyear Tire Company execs to be housed. White Tanks Regional Park is also nearby as is the “Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium, and Safari Park.”

Roughly 30% of housing in Litchfield Park was built between 200 and 2008. The biggest era of homebuilding before that was the 1970s, making the media home age 32 years, which is well under the national average of 40 years.

The median home cost was $331,100. The property tax rate is roughly 40% below the national average.

El Mirage

El Mirage Arizona has a population of around 36,000, is located about 10 miles northwest of the heart of metro Phoenix in the West Valley area on the Agua Fria River. The area is known for having “grand heritage & a bright future.”

El Mirage is also part of the Greater Maricopa Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ). The FTZ is a zone domestic and foreign goods can be sold, stored, or assembled. These goods are exempt from US Customs excise taxes and duties.
