Our representative Joe Caponetto [We Buy Ugly Houses franchisee] was very professional and eager to help us which we needed badly. No pressure sale. My daughter was the seller and her Dad was the person who gave her the house. Many complications set in and here's where it gets complicated. Communication of updates was not given to my daughter on a timely basis. She was in town to sell the house and had to leave within 10 days to go back to her job/life in Houston. There were times she told me she reached out to both Joe and his supervisor with questions and waited for long periods of time. The closing statement was incorrect. My daughter seemed to be always guessing what was transpiring. This is not good. I think there needs to be someone involved who can keep sellers up to date on a very regular basis.Jessica J.
