I called WBUH and made contact with Joe Hickey [We Buy Ugly Houses franchisee] when my sister-in-law notified me that the pipes in her house had burst. He immediately gave us good advice regarding how to proceed - He then arranged to meet with us at the house a couple of days later. It was important to my sister-in-law for him to make good comments about the home she had lived in for close to 50 years, despite the damage caused by the water. He said we could complete the sale of the house by January 31st and that is what happened. In the meantime Joe was very helpful to my SIL who resides in Assisted Living. It was also helpful to me as I live out of state and cannot always make the 3 hour trip to CR. We have nothing but good things to say about working with Joe Hickey on the sale of this house.
