There are all kinds of tips that exist in magazines and online on how to make over your home on a budget or tips to change your house for a quick sale on a dime, but what fun are those? If you have the money and you really want to go for it, we say go big or go home! There are several awesome different ways to change your house so that you are the envy of the whole neighborhood. We are here to help with some awesome ideas about how to pimp your house.

Warm Bathroom Tiles. This one might seem a bit extravagant and unnecessary and it is but does it ever feel amazing on your tootsies when you step out of the shower! The technology involves heated coils that are installed underneath your bathroom floor and then you control the temperature to your foot-warming liking. This will run you about $500 for a modest sized bathroom. If you put it in all of your rooms this will easily cost you a few thousand but it’s pretty awesome. While you’re at it throw in a towel warmer. These aren’t expensive and will only set you back a few hundred but will give you the ultimate bathroom experience.

Remote Controlled Blinds. Have you ever been ready to fall asleep in bed and realized the blinds to your bedroom window were still open? Or do you have a loved one who is nearly impossible to get out of bed? Well save yourself a headache and make your blinds motorized. It’s impressive, it makes life easy and it adds a touch of modernized class to your home. These shades range from $200 to $1,000 per window.

Add a Pool. In addition to entertaining, having a pool at your home can be a great way to relax and the end of a long day especially if you throw in a hot tub. Maybe you don’t have the room in your back yard but indoor pools can be equally impressive. Adding an in-ground swimming pool will run you $25,000 to $50,000. If you do want to throw in that hot tub, expect to pay an additional $1,000 to $15,000.

Wine Cellar Stairs. Anyone can have a boring wine cellar. What about a wine cellar that is actually a massive staircase to show off your collection? Better yet, include a glass door so that you can see the display from the room above. This addition will cost you just under $20,000.

Play On. Who says playrooms are for kids? Take a spare room and turn it in to a movie theater with big comfy chairs and couches. Add the best video game systems, a massive TV, a pool table, an air hockey table and you can host parties that people will talk about for years to come. It’s hard to put a price tag on this one because you could spend millions on this addition if you really put your mind to it.
