Grace Riggs shared her home of more than 20 years with one of her two sons, his wife and daughter. When her son and daughter-in-law decided to divorce; her daughter-in-law and granddaughter moved to Wisconsin. With the family gone, the house didn’t serve the same purpose that it once did. Riggs fell upon hard times and couldn’t afford the home anymore, causing her to file for bankruptcy. With so much happening, Riggs was overwhelmed.

Solution

“I really hadn’t decided what I was doing to do, and when I received that flyer, it gave me an option,” said Riggs.
